Paul Tedford is a seasoned manufacturing technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience helping manufacturers leverage ERP and emerging technologies to improve their businesses. As CEO of WM-Synergy, Paul has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion, building on his deep expertise in ERP, manufacturing operations, and strategic consulting. Today, he continues to guide manufacturers through ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and the evolving opportunities presented by AI and Industry 4.0.
Sal Guatieri
Sal Guatieri is a Senior Economist and Director at BMO Capital Markets and a recognized commentator on Canada's economic policies, financial markets, and the issues shaping the business environment. With over three decades of experience, Sal is responsible for the Department’s economic forecasts prepared for regulatory and stress testing requirements and oversees analysis of financial services markets. Prior to joining BMO, Sal worked at the Bank of Canada, contributing to its quarterly economic projection and analyzing foreign exchange markets.
Oleksii Silin
Oleksii Silin is a Scheduling & Production Planner at Visual Elements Mfg., with hands-on experience managing production schedules and planning manufacturing activities. He offers a practical perspective on using ERP systems to support day-to-day production.
